A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total tariff for all bookings,
will be required to confirm every reservation at the time of booking.
Deposits are only payable by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo or Delta
The deposit is deducted from the balance on final payment of the booking.
Bookings made on the same day as arrival are payable in full in advance.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to take payment by Visa Electron over the telephone.
Payment by cheque is not accepted.
If cheque would be the only method of payment then payment in full by Bank Transfer
will be required to be made on day of booking.
A 2 night minimum stay for advance reservations will apply at all weekends unless otherwise stated.
For Saturday night only bookings call on the Friday before and we will try to fit you in.
A 3 night minimum stay for advance reservations will apply at Bank Holiday and Special weekends.
A variable number of nights minimum stay will apply during certain busy Conference weeks.
Check-in is by appointment between 14.00 and 20.00 on Saturday to Thursday and
21.00 on Friday, earlier or later is STRICTLY by prior arrangement only.
Please be advised that a guest's inability to check-in due to a non notified early or late arrival
by that guest will constitute a non arrival and attract the appropriate cancellation charge.
Latest Check-out is 11.00. A 4 hour extension may be added at £30 subject to availability.
Single occupancy rates are available for double rooms from Monday to Thursday.

These terms are not negotiable and Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance
where a late cancellation may lead to payment in full for two or more nights minimum reservations.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted without surcharge,
however a £2 charge will be made for any refunds.
