* Special Offer  ~ All bookings of 2 or more nights in Luxury 4-Poster Royal or Titanic Pavilions will include a complimentary 

bottle of champagne on arrival, full room service breakfast, fresh cut flowers in room and use of fresh towelling bathrobe.

** Children aged up to 12 are charged at a reduced rate of £25 per child per night when accompanied by 2 adults in the Family Suite only.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 for a Single Room or £50 for a Double Room for one night stays

or the first night's tariff for two nights or more, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo or Amex,

 will be required to confirm every reservation at the time of booking.

The deposit will be deducted from the balance on payment of the booking.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to take payment by Visa Electron over the telephone.

Deposits by cheque are not accepted . If cheque is the only method of payment then payment in full will be required,

to arrive no more than five days after the booking is made and not later than three weeks prior to arrival.

A 2 night minimum stay for advance reservations will apply at all weekends unless otherwise stated. 

For Saturday night only bookings call after 6.00pm on the Friday before and we will try to fit you in.

A 3 night minimum stay for advance reservations will apply at Bank Holiday and Special weekends.

A variable number of nights minimum stay will apply during certain busy Conference weeks.

 Check-in is by appointment between 14.00 and 20.00 on Saturday to Thursday and 

21.00 on Friday, earlier or later is STRICTLY by prior arrangement only.  

Please be advised that a guest's inability to check-in due to a non notified early or late arrival 

by that guest will constitute a non arrival and attract the appropriate cancellation charge. 

Latest Check-out is 11.00. A four hour extension may be added at £30 subject to availability.

Single occupancy rates are available for double rooms from Sunday to Thursday.

 Children aged up to 12 will be charged at £25 per child per night in The Family Suite when accompanied by two adults.

Please note we do not provide any special facilities such as cots, high chairs etc.

 A well behaved dog may be allowed in some rooms and will be charged at £10 per night

with owner’s accepting full financial responsibility for any damage or extra cleaning.

These terms are not negotiable and Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance 

where a late cancellation may lead to payment in full for two or more nights minimum reservations.
