Brighton Pavilions themed boutique B&B hotel is located just off Marine Parade seafront, within a 15 minute walk to all Brighton’s shops, nightlife, piers and conference centre.

 

There are regular rail services from London Victoria via East Croydon and from Bedford via Luton, Kings Cross and London Bridge. From Scotland, the North West and the Midlands there are direct intercity services. The taxi fare from the station to Brighton Pavilions averages £5.00.

 

Brighton is about 45 minutes by car from the M25 via the M23/A23, with dual carriageway all the way. To reach Charlotte Street follow the signs for City Centre and Seafront then, approaching Brighton Pier, keep to the left lane and follow the sign to Rottingdean.  Drive along Marine Parade as far as the red brick ‘Lanes Hotel’ where the left turn is Charlotte Street. Brighton Pavilions is half way up, on the right.

 

 We are in Zone C Parking Control Scheme with ‘Residents’ or ‘Residents and Pay & Display’ bays. Parking controls are in effect from 9.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday. Hotel Guest Permits (with scratch off day, date and time) are available for pre-purchase at £5.00 per 24 hour period allowing guests to park in any residents bay. Guests may park for the duration of their stay without having to move their cars by displaying multiple correctly scratched permits. We pay for Hotel Guest Permits at face value in advance and cannot guarantee to have unlimited numbers available so guests are advised to pre-purchase. We undertake to refund any permit not used and unscratched.

 

Gatwick Airport is 30 minutes away with good connections by train, coach and road. Heathrow Airport is 2 hours away by the direct National Express coach service.
