Welcome to Brighton Pavilions

ocated just off the Marine Parade seafront, in the heart of the historic 'Kingscliffe' area of Kemptown, Brighton Pavilions is an elegant Grade II listed Regency town house built in the early 1800's in a street named after George IV's only child, Princess Charlotte of Wales (1796-1817).

Many of our rooms retain their original features, have been lovingly restored and suggest their former glory

Acknowledged by press and online travel guides as one of Brighton's best and most popular B&B hotels, we were the first Brighton B&B hotel to receive the AA's Highly Commended Award in 2007 in recognition of our rating in the top 10% of 4 Star rated guest accommodation nationally.
